I’m still giving Andy’s 5 stars because I genuinely love this place and have been here hundreds of times. The frozen custard is always great. However, the staff working tonight, September 7th, around 8:00–8:30 PM at the Concord location was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I arrived around 7:55 PM and didn’t even get to place my order until roughly 35 minutes later. The store was clearly busy and there was a full line of customers waiting to order at the walk-up window, but it honestly felt like we were being completely ignored while almost all the attention was going toward the drive-thru. They would take one walk-up order, then what felt like 15–20 minutes would go by before taking another. Meanwhile, customers were just standing there waiting with no communication or acknowledgment. The frustrating part was that they appeared to be fully staffed. At one point, an employee was walking around on his phone while there was still a long line of customers waiting to order. I understand that the drive-thru gets busy and there may be procedures employees have to follow, but the customers who actually come up to the store matter too. You can probably look at the cameras

I’ve driven by several times and for whatever reason, never stopped in. We’re in a heat wave and ice cream was very appropriate so we went. The custard is so good. It is like old fashioned creameries used to make it. Their prices are very fair. Every employee I encountered was very friendly and made it fun and enjoyable. It was exactly the experience that going to get ice cream should be. I’ll definitely go back.

I like Andy’s but they need to train and ensure that the kids taking the orders and the kids preparing the orders are both wearing GLOVES! It’s disgusting and very UNSANITARY for the person handling dirty money and credit cards to turn around and touch the lids and cones and prepare the orders! I watched it happen and was so turned off that I could not eat my ice cream sundae! Absolutely repulsed!

Went here a little before 8 pm Friday night. Only a few cars were in front of us as we were looking over the menu. After like a min, a huge line of cars were behind us lol. U have to pull up to the drive thru window to tell the person what u want. Took only about 5 mins for our orders to be made. Service here was quick! I decided to try the BootDaddy Concrete (10/10) it was vanilla custard with chucks of Oreo, caramel, and fudge. It was sooo good! Really enjoyed it. Def added Andy’s on my go to list; I’ll for sure be back again! My overall rate of experience : 10/10

Update: Went for a quick snack. Shared one stolen brownie with Frozen custard and pecans. It was delicious. Would recommend for a dessert for everyone, all ages. Stopped by for a July 4th treat after a long day. It was great. Catchy names for products. Service was good and fast. Everyone enjoyed their selection. Only improvement I would suggest is to move the walk-in counter to the left away from the drive though smoke from cars waiting to get their orders. Was holding my breath while waiting to order in the short line.
